My first review was very questionable.
But I have to update it this evening.
The follow-through and service has been fantastic. Our program manager Mason has been following everything that was missed on the order or delivered wrong.
The quality of the work is fantastic. There is quite a delay with the multiple some contractors, but I guess that’s expected with any contractor nowadays.
The Webster showroom was great. Our bathroom designer was great. Just plan on it taking longer than they say due to multiple subcontractors, but in the end result, it looks great.
Actually late this afternoon I finally had the rest of the parts delivered that were missed on the initial order. It should be done in the next day or two, so I have to do my due diligence and give them a better review.
I received personal call this afternoon from one of the managers of the Webster office. We detailed everything in question and that’s all covered. That was a nice personal follow up after a questionable review I initially posted.

Had a gas line installed today and the scheduling and install was so easy. John was the installer and was such a nice guy, very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was nice enough to pop out a piece of wood paneling in the finished basement that was in the way of the gas line getting up to the kitchen and then popped it back up after and you never would have known it needed to be removed and replaced. Will definitely be using them again for future kitchen projects. Thanks for the awesome work John!
