From quartz to granite to laminate, which is the best countertop for your style and budget?

Stone Countertops

Marble and granite are natural stones, so your countertop will be unique to your kitchen. They both come in a wide variety of hues with patterns throughout.

Granite is harder than marble and, as such, is more resistant to damage. Both stones are durable and heat resistant if sealed properly. It is essential to follow directions for sealing as both granite and marble are porous stones.

Quartz is a manufactured stone. It will generally not have the unique look and veining seen in granite or marble. It is not heat resistant and is usually more expensive than granite. Quartz is not porous and is virtually maintenance-free.
