For our color of the year, we predict that we’ll be seeing a lot of KraftMaid’s “Fernished”, a beautiful shade of green that is versatile, cozy, and popular amongst recent home renovations! Over the last year, the demand for renovated bathrooms has steadily been increasing, and we think it will continue strong into 2026! That’s why our room renovation pick of the year is… bathrooms!
We’re expecting to see lots of new bathrooms this year. There are many reasons why a consumer would decide to renovate. More space or storage, new fixtures, or renovation needs for aging in place are just a few of the reasons we see people renovating their bathroom.

Appliance moments in 2026 are all about making life cleaner. From smart features to seamless design, these picks combine performance with style—always chosen to fit your routine, not just what’s new.
On that note, our designers are predicting that we’ll be seeing a lot of smart home filters this year become popular, including water and air filters. “Clean air, along with investing in health-improving items, are seen as necessities for a healthier life and are especially valued during winter months.”
Our partner appliance supplier Ben’s Appliance has professionally approved and tested air filters to choose from. In 2026,we think there will be a big push, that we approve of, for investing in items that will improve your overall health in your home.
